You’ll create your personas with James, our AI persona specialist. Trained on hundreds of thousands of reviews, complaints, and product experiences, James has mastered the art of understanding what truly drives people to buy—or walk away.

You can create multiple personas for a single product. By generating personas across different income levels and demographic groups, you’ll gain a powerful perspective on how each market segment perceives, evaluates, and buys your product — helping you anticipate marketing and sales challenges before they happen.

How it works?

Onboarding Your Product

You must have a product to generate personas. James begins with a 20-question onboarding to deeply understand your product — its purpose, audience, value, and positioning.

Then, based on your target customer types, James generates realistic personas that represent people from any region or income segment around the world.

Each persona reflects:

  • Realistic demographics, goals, and motivations

  • Pain points and fears drawn from real-world consumer behavior

  • Communication style and purchase triggers

Creating Your Product

After carefully answering all 20 onboarding questions, the “Create Product” button will appear on your screen. Once you click it, your product will be generated within a few seconds.

You can access all your created products anytime from the “My Products” menu on your dashboard.

💡 Pro Tip

All your onboarding answers are securely stored — and there’s a reason for that. Each of our agents (James, Sarah, and Marcus) uses this data to specialize in your product. The more accurate your answers are, the smarter and more relevant their insights will be.

Managing Your Products

Once your product is ready, you can view all your products on the My Products page. By clicking on any product, you’ll access its detailed view, including all the information generated during onboarding and analysis.

This area also serves as your workspace for creating new personas under the same product — across different categories, demographics, or income segments.

Tip: Use this space to experiment. Creating personas for multiple audience types helps you see how your product performs across diverse markets and buyer profiles.
